Andrea Tecson is Director of Investor Relations at G4 Capital Partners. In this capacity, she leads the firm’s investor communications strategy and supports capital formation initiatives, while deepening relationships across institutional and private wealth channels. She plays a key role in articulating G4’s platform, investment approach, and market positioning to the firm’s expanding LP base.

Before joining G4, Andrea served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Avila Real Estate Capital, where she oversaw investor engagement and fundraising initiatives across the firm’s real estate equity and credit strategies. Her earlier experience spans wealth management and advising emerging investment managers through her consulting platform, where she provided strategic guidance on fundraising, investor messaging, and institutional readiness. In 2024, she was recognized as a Rising Star by Pensions & Investments.
