Senior Accountant
Andrew Pantason
Andrew Pantason joined the G4 team in 2026 as a Senior Accountant. He supports the Chief Financial Officer with the firm's fund accounting, operations, and financial reporting functions.

Prior to joining G4, Mr. Pantason was a Senior Accountant at Hartford Investment Management Co. (HIMCO), a segment of The Hartford. In this role, he facilitated the accounting and reporting for HIMCO’s portfolio of limited partnership investments, including private equity, real estate joint ventures, and hedge funds.
​
Previously, Mr. Pantason was a Senior Private Equity Accountant at HarbourVest Partners, where he managed quarterly fund accounting operations and the preparation of financial statements. Mr. Pantason began his career at PwC as an auditor in the asset management practice, where he performed audits for mutual fund, private equity, and real estate clients.

Mr. Pantason holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
