G4 Capital Partners

G4 Capital Partners (“G4”) is a long-standing NY based real estate investment firm focused on senior secured middle market loan transactions in the Northeast with a concentration on the NYC metro markets.  The company was co-founded by Louis Silverman, Robyn Sorid and Jason Behfarin in 2005 and has built a reputation as a market leader and trusted partner.  Since its launch, G4 has completed more than $3 billion in transactions spanning every asset class. With a true cradle-to-grave approach, the firm finances the full spectrum of CRE transactions from acquisition and construction to repositioning and semi-stabilized loans.     

G4’s Principals and Executive Team have a unique combination of real estate development, operational and legal backgrounds which allow them to nimbly deliver solutions for even the most complex transactions while still maintaining a focused and hands-on underwriting process.  The firm has established relationships with some of NY’s most prodigious developers, counting many as repeat borrowers over the years.
